This can vary, please call or email if you have specific questions. 

Cats/Kittens can be altered as soon as 3 months of age. 

Dogs/puppies can be altered as young as 8 months but in some breeds its best to wait till 1 year of age for development. 


Not much, Animal Outreach will help provide the basic items needed. 

You will need a dedicated space for your fosters to stay in, away from personal pets is best. 


You can stop by the main facility or head to one of our PetSmart locations to view cats/kittens that are available for adoption.

Please be sure to check operation hours before leaving home.
